headspace Osborne Park will be closed from 4:00pm on Thursday 24 December 2015, and will re-open on Monday 4 January 2016 at 9:00am.

hYEPP Services:

• Tuesday 29 to Thursday 31 December - OPEN
• Friday 25 December, Monday 28 December and Friday 1 January - CLOSED
• Monday 4 January—RE-OPEN from 9:00am
